While we always strive to ensure that products are accurately represented in our photographs and descriptions as shown on this website, our florists may be required to substitute one or more flowers depending on seasonal changes and availability from the import market.
Other substitution may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time, i.e. a specific basket, the colour of wrapping paper, the colour of ribbon, side flowers, etc. Our florists will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.
For minor flowers and foliage, LOVEHAMPERS.SG reserves the right to make changes when necessary without prior notice.

I wanted flowers delivered to my friend who was delivering her baby in the morning in Singapore (I live in KL, Malaysia) around 10.30 a.m. I paid for the flowers and a friendly person named Jingxun contacted me via Whatsapp to obtain the hospital room #. I did not have that information and requested if she could have it delivered to the maternity room and addressed to my friend. She said she would try. Later I obtained the room # and gave it to her. And from then on, she followed up with me right till the flowers were delivered to my friend, whose husband said, were lovely! Thank you Lovehampers!
