Floral Wellness:

Preserved Florals are set to last at least a year. To preserve its longevity, we will highly recommend leaving it in the vessel/bouquet it arrived in.

Care Guide:

Preserved flowers will turn translucent and fade in colour if placed under direct sunlight or in damp areas. Display your preserved vessel/bouquet in an area that is not exposed to direct sunlight and damp. Preserved flowers are especially delicate and therefore would be more susceptible to bruises or squashed petals if touched often.

Do note that photos are for illustration purposes. As each bloom and foilages are unique, we will not be able to deliver the exact same bouquet in the same placement. However, trust that the overall look and vibe of the arrangement will stay the same 🙂

Other substitution may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time, i.e. a specific basket, the colour of wrapping paper, the colour of ribbon, side flowers, etc. Our florists will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.

For minor flowers and foliage, LOVEHAMPERS.SG reserves the right to make changes when necessary without prior notice.
